- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After trying over and over again to explain an issue with the way they post transactions and refunds, I have come to the conclusion that the people that work customer service have no clue how to do their job. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I haven't had any problems banking with CITI they have had great credit card promotions. Worked with fraud department twice and both times quick and easy. My issue is with this location. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The bank opens at 10 am transferred to the call center. Called again at 10:08 transferred to the call center. Called again at 10:15 still being transferred to the call center. ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT THE BRANCH ARE HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS WE ARE TRANSFERRING YOU TO OUR CALL CENTER. Really?
