  Power and corruption. Lisa Smittcamp's husband, Brandon, is a business partner with the President of the CCSPCA. This is why no on can get a complaint filed against the CCSPCA animal shelter. The CCSPCA is designated to handle animal abuse complaints. The CCSPCA works as a unit with DA Lisa Smittcamp to prosecute animal abuse. Given that the CCSPCA has a history of animal abuse and they are the designated enforcer of animal abuse laws you can see how that makes it almost impossible to bring the CCSPCA to justice. But it gets worse. Animal rescuers have complained about the neglect of sick animals, and other animal abuse issues committed by the CCSPCA. Yet each time DA Smittcamp refuses to file the complaint telling animal rescuers, "The CCSPCA is doing the best they can". This is because George Milutinovich, President of the CCSPCA, is a business partner with Brandon Smittcamp. Together they own The Lime Lite restaurant located on Shaw and Palm Avenue. If this conflict of interest wasn't bad enough, Lisa Smittcamp's father in law (Brandon's dad), is also partaking in this business venture by supplying food from the Smittcamp family food processing center. DA Lisa Smittcamp and her family are well entrenched in a business relationship with CCSPCA President George Milutinovich. To file any complaint against the CCSPCA would be to damage the reputation of her immediate and extended family's business partner, George Milutnovich. Furthermore, George and Brandon have known each other for decades making them life long family friends. To add insult to injury, Milutinovich uses his free time to judge pure bred dog shows rather than trying to save the rescue dogs at his own animal shelter. The CCSPCA is known for it's high shelter kill rate, yet its President invests his time and energy in supporting and glamorizing pure bred dogs while numerous dogs at his own organization are being euthanized for being homeless. This means DA Lisa Smittcamp holds strong family ties with this type of person while she tells the public she is a crusader for animal abuse. Lisa Smittcamp is so ethically knotted and tangled that its beyond belief. She needs to resign as DA. She obviously does not have the moral integrity for the position.
