- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is extremely difficult to believe that elected city council members Lee Brand, Paul Caprioglio, and Clint Olivier can be so outdated and tied to politics that they would turn down a million dollar grant! In a society that is constantly held hostage by the airlines and is constantly being subjected to new toll roads and ridiculous traffic conditions, these councilmen turned down a grant that costs Fresno nothing because of politics. Really, Mr. Caprioglio, do you think your constituents and the people of Fresno are so unaware that they don't realize the water problem and the high speed rail are two separate issues which will not affect each other in any way?By Wayne Cole, July 13, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The city council is stuck in 1954. No new tech, backwards medical policies, in complete violation of state ordinances. Streets in disrepair, cops on secret missions and instructed to only arrest felons, total mayhem from the top down.
