- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are looking for the worst banking experience possible, look no further than this branch of Union Bank. While all of Union Bank is a backwards, technologically-crippled, stuck in the 70s organization, this branch features extra rude non-helpful staff. While other banks are expanding their business hours and adding great online/mobile features because they understand that they still have to provide a certain level of customer service, this bank does NOT want your business and they show it by being utterly useless. If you have to go in the branch, there is never more than one teller online. Who is ancient and slow. You can be third in line and lucky if it only takes 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. I can't wait until more online banks like Simple start to take over and leave these dinosaur banks in the dust where they belong.By Cosmo Jones, July 13, 2017
