  Slow, inefficient...horrible! The process to pick up items held and getting keys made adds a whole new meaning to snail mail. This is definitely a federal entity that should be phased out.

  Once in a while you'll get a nice staff person. But you can tell they completely hate their job and it shows in their work ethics. No smile, no life behind them. And rude. I've been waiting for my mail key to be done and put the order in in January. Here it's almost May and nothing. I've been told that there are people that have been waiting since NOVEMBER '16!! Simply not acceptable. They don't even answer their door at the proper opening times either. It's when they feel like it. No one comes when you ring the bell. You have to get someone to go tell another person to open the door. And even then it take 10 min for them to grab you mail. Not to mentuon they NEVER pick up their phone. This place needs an overhaul.

  I normally visit the P.O. in Clovis but to my dismay, they are not open on Saturdays, which brought me here. And what a breath of fresh air in quality of service! The place is neat and tidy, the staff is on task and curtious. I am sure there is some unhappy personnel, as that occurs everywhere, with some services taking far too long. However, my personal experience was truly exceptional and would certainly swap this P.O. for any other I have frequented thus far!
